After enrolling in one of our Courses, you will receive an email containing the learning material for that course and the instructions on how to get started. As indicated in the instructions, all communication between you and your instructor (or the CAD Correspondence Institute) will be by email.

You will be allowed four months to complete each AutoCAD or Inventor course and pass the Final Exam.  To get credit for the course, you must get a minimum mark of C as shown on our Grading System. If you don't require credit, you may want to skip the final exam choosing to audit the course. You can also write a Challenge Exam for any course you like if you feel you already know the material in that course. The time allowed for each course is generous and it should not take you that long. The average student should be able to complete each class in about 150 hours. If you have a passing grade in the AutoCAD courses AutoCAD 2D (or LT) and 3D (CAD-200 and CAD-300), you can apply for an AutoCAD Operator Certificate.  If you have a passing grade in the AutoCAD courses AutoCAD 2D and 2D Advanced (CAD-200 and CAD-210), you can apply for an AutoCAD 2D Certificate.  If you have a passing grade in the AutoCAD courses AutoCAD 2D Advanced and AutoLISP (CAD-210 and CAD-500), you can apply for an AutoCAD Manager Certificate. If you have a passing grade in the Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Inventor - Advanced courses  (CAD-310 and CAD-320), you can apply for an Autodesk Inventor Certificate.
