Autodesk Student software
is the educational version of either the AutoCAD
or Inventor software. Though it is functionally identical to the software used by
professionals, it has been specifically designed for educational use making
it unsuitable for a professional production environment. It may not
be used for commercial, professional or for-profit purposes. Students who meet
eligibility requirements can purchase Autodesk student software at a greatly
reduced price. To meet the eligibility rules, you must be a career school
student, a degree-seeking post-secondary student, a K-12 student, or a faculty
member. A degree-seeking
student is defined as a registered student who can prove current enrolment
in three (3) credit hours in a degree-granting program or nine-month
certificate-granting program.
Students enrolled in courses at The CAD Correspondence Institute who
are working towards an AutoCAD or Inventor Certificate are eligible.
Students from the USA (US$), Canada (CDN$), Great Britain (GBP) and the European Union (Euro) who are registered in at least one course at the CAD Correspondence Institute can purchase the software directly from www.studica.com Your Instructor at The CCI will email the "proof of registered student" letter that is required by Studica to purchase the student software. Their web site fully explains the rules, system requirements, pricing, and how to complete the purchase. Prices listed are available in the currencies noted above. Students must complete a Purchase Agreement (available on the Studica website) and send it along with their software order.
Students from locations other than those listed above can contact us directly for purchasing information.
